2020 was a difficult year for all of us. But amid the uncertainty, NATO provided stability and security – helping with COVID-19 relief efforts and carrying out our core task of keeping people safe.
It’s not clear how much longer this pandemic will last. Like everyone, we’re looking forward to a new year and a fresh start. Whatever the new year brings, we will continue to stand in solidarity in response to the pandemic and support civilian efforts that help save lives. Our forces will remain vigilant and prepared to respond to any threat. And we will continue to adapt and evolve over a new decade of innovation and cooperation, and rise to meet the challenges of the future.
