British vehicle armouring specialist Jankel, who have worked with Toyota for over two decades and whose civilian armoured vehicles have seen service with both UK and foreign Government Agencies and Non-Governmental Organisations in conflict zones around the world, earlier this week launched their new Toyota LC300 CAV. Qualified to the latest international VPAM BRV and ERV (VR7) Edition 3 standards, the Jankel LC300 delivers unprecedented levels of protection, yet externally few observers would spot that it is actually an armoured vehicle rather than just a run-of-the-mill SUV. Without giving away secrets, Jankel Operations Director Dan Crosby explains a little more in this company video, which also includes clips of successful bullet and blast testing on a prototype vehicle.
