BAE Systems $274 Million M2A4 and M7A4 Contract

BAE Systems Land & Armaments was awarded a $274 million contract to produce M2A4 and M7A4 Bradley vehicles from legacy source variants.

US DoD Contract Notice, Arlington VA, 31 August 2023: BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., York, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $274,100,716 hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, fixed-price incentive) contract to produce M2A4 and M7A4 vehicles from various inducted legacy source variants.

Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in York, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 31, 2026. Fiscal 2023 procurement of weapons and tracked combat vehicles, Army funds in the amount of $274,100,716 were obligated at the time of the award.

Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity.
