Turkiye’s Global Land Systems Brand: Commenting on Otokar’s participation in SAHA 2026 and the company’s global targets, General Manager Aykut Özüner said: “As Türkiye’s global brand in land systems, we compete with the world’s leading players with our R&D strength, design experience and technology transfer capabilities. Otokar has been a trusted supplier to both NATO and the United Nations. Also, our 4×4, 6×6 and 8×8 vehicles continue to serve successfully in various roles within the Turkish Armed Forces. Our armoured vehicles are actively serving with more than 80 end-users in nearly 50 countries. Supported by our broad product portfolio and engineering expertise, we continue to pursue new programmes across different regions while further expanding our presence in global markets. At SAHA 2026, we aim to come together with our current and potential users and expand our collaborations.”

Özüner emphasised that Otokar continues to strengthen its position as a global defence industry player: “OTOKAR stands out in the global defence industry through its wide product range and its ability to respond rapidly to evolving operational requirements. Otokar military vehicles deliver high survivability and performance in the most critical missions. Leveraging our advanced design, testing and manufacturing capabilities, we continuously translate our global experience into innovative solutions for our users.”

COBRA II – Modular Power Adapting To Every Mission: Actively in service with more than 20 end users worldwide, COBRA II stands out with its high level of protection, superior mobility, large internal volume, and payload capacity. COBRA II provides protection against ballistic, mine, and IED threats. With its high power-to-weight ratio, COBRA II delivers strong performance. The combat-proven vehicle is operated by armies in different parts of the world under tough terrain and climate conditions.

Suitable for a wide range of weapon and mission equipment integrations, COBRA II is successfully used for border protection as well as internal security and peacekeeping missions. Its modular structure makes the vehicle adaptable for roles such as Armoured Personnel Carrier, Anti-Tank, Reconnaissance & Surveillance, CBRN Reconnaissance, Command Control, Recovery and Medical Evacuation missions.

COBRA II is being showcased at SAHA 2026 with a vehicle-mounted UAV station, a product of DASAL. Thanks to the developed technology, unlike other on-vehicle solutions, the UAV can take off / land from the moving vehicle, up to 30 km/h vehicle speed. The images obtained by the UAV are transmitted wirelessly to the Ground Control Station in the vehicle. The most important feature of the system is automatic swapping of charged and dead batteries of the UAV in the station in less than a minute. In this way, the UAV provides continuous flight performance and continuous mission and flight competence while the vehicle is moving, without risking the users.

ARMA – Multi-Wheel Modular Armoured Vehicle: Built on a modular vehicle architecture, ARMA supports a wide range of operational roles through adaptation to different mission requirements and has been proven through sustained operational use in diverse environments. The platform combines mobility with protection while accommodating the integration of medium- and high-calibre weapon systems to meet specific operational needs. TULPAR – Next Generation Armoured Combat Vehicle: TULPAR stands out with its mobility, high firepower, and survivability features. TULPAR is designed as a multi-purpose tracked vehicle with variants ranging from 28,000kg to 45,000kg to fully satisfy the modern armies’ existing and future requirements.

TULPAR comes in several variants, including but not limited to Light/Medium Tank, Infantry Fighting Vehicle, Recovery Vehicle, Mortar Vehicle, Air Defense Weapon Carrier, Fire Support and Medical Evacuation Vehicle, all having common subsystems. Tested in the toughest climates and on rough terrain conditions, TULPAR offers high ballistic and mine protection with modular armour. TULPAR is being showcased at SAHA 2026 with the Aselsan KORHAN turret system.
