Ameriqual and Wornick Awarded Five-Year UGR-A Contracts

Ameriqual Packaging and The Wornick Co. have each been awarded a five-year fixed-price contract for Unitized Group Ration-A (UGR-A) modules.

Contract Notice, Washington DC, 08 August 2025: Ameriqual Group LLC, doing business as Ameriqual Packaging, Evansville, Indiana (SPE3S1-25-D-Z205, $221,062,100); and Baxters North America Inc., doing business as The Wornick Co., Cincinnati, Ohio (SPE3S1-25-D-Z206, $25,308,625), have each been awarded a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under solicitation SPE3S1-22-R-0012 for Unitized Group Ration-A modules.

This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. These are five-year contracts with no option periods. The ordering period end date is Aug. 7, 2030. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 through 2030 defence working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
