It has today been announced that the Elbit Systems US subsidiary, Elbit Systems of America, has completed the acquisition of the Harris Night Vision business.

Press Release, Haifa, 15 September 2019: Elbit Systems Ltd. announced today that its US subsidiary, Elbit Systems of America LLC, completed the acquisition of the Night Vision business of L3Harris Technologies for a purchase price of $350 million.
Bezhalel (Butzi) Machlis, Elbit Systems President & CEO, commented: “The market position and technological strength of Harris Night Vision make this acquisition significant to our long-term growth strategy, with a particular focus on the US. We believe that the completion of this acquisition will be beneficial both for Elbit Systems and for Harris Night Vision’s customers and employees.”
