MinDef Watches US-Polish Battle Group Live-Fire

Polish Minister of Defence Mariusz Błaszczak today visited Drawsko Pomorskie Training Area to watch a US-Polish battle group live-fire exercise, reports Bob Morrison.

Escorted by Brigadier General Brett Sylvia, the Commander of the US 1st Cavalry Division, the Polish MinDef watch as a combined force comprising M1A2 Abrams main battle tanks and Bradley infantry fighting vehicles working with Polish mechanised infantry in KTO Rosomak combat vehicles and supported by US Army Apache helicopters assaulted an objective on a very hot and dusty Drawsko Pomorskie Training Area.
