Press Release, Richmond, 18 March 2020: We are keeping a close eye on changing government guidelines, during this difficult time. For the time being we remain open (Monday-Saturday 0900-1630) and we will announce on the ALTBERG website should the situation change. We are following government advice closely and taking as many extra precautions as we can to combat transmission of COVID-19, within our business between staff and customers.
Due to possible current and future disruption to our supply chain, as most of the materials we use are sourced from Italy and mainland Europe, there may be longer than usual lead times and delays on some orders. All lead times given are based on the current ‘best case scenario’ as the situation may change over the coming days and weeks. If your order is affected, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible, however, please feel free to get in touch via email or by calling us on any of the numbers on ALTBERG.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
