Press Release, Munich, 18 October 2021: At this year’s MILIPOL, taking place in Paris, France, from October 19 to 22, 2021, Rohde & Schwarz will showcase innovative solutions for cellular network analysis, signals intelligence, surveillance and IP security. Drone detection, localisation and identification solutions and the company’s revolutionary walk-through security scanning solution are displayed at the show, as well. Rohde & Schwarz is a key partner for regulatory authorities, armed forces, law enforcement and governmental authorities, as well as for internal and external security organisations.
Rohde & Schwarz systems are modular and scalable and can be deployed on a variety of platforms, providing state-of-the-art technology for public safety and security organisations, military operators and regulatory authorities. Network encryption for Ethernet and IP communications over public networks is also offered.
MILIPOL is a key event for the company for showcasing the versatile, state-of-the-art R&S QPS Walk2000 security scanner, designed for high throughput requirements, for the detection of all types of potential threats and prohibited items (metallic objects, ceramics, plastics, powders, liquids and gels). It is a unique system design providing full body coverage from all directions while a person walks through. The scanner is shown in a special configuration with BEHM at the show.
