Press Release, Ankara, 26 October 2026: STM, one of Türkiye’s leading defence engineering companies, will showcase its advanced naval platforms, autonomous systems and command-and-control technologies at six major defence exhibitions across four continents, strengthening its international presence and pursuing new opportunities for global cooperation.

STM Savunma Teknolojileri Mühendislik ve Ticaret A.Ş., a subsidiary of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, Secretariat of Defence Industries (SSB), continues to expand its global presence by delivering advanced defence technologies and engineering solutions to international partners through strategic cooperation and technology transfer.

Building on its global growth strategy, STM will participate in six major defence exhibitions across four continents between October 26 and December 13, 2026: AFRIDEX 2026 in Nigeria, EURONAVAL 2026 in France, DronTech Asia 2026 in Thailand, NATO EDGE 2026 in Türkiye, EXPONAVAL 2026 in Chile, and Vietnam Defence Expo 2026 in Vietnam. Across these events, STM will present its capabilities in naval engineering, tactical unmanned aerial systems, autonomous maritime technologies, and command-and-control solutions, while engaging with international military delegations and defence industry stakeholders.

Advanced Naval Platforms and Tactical UAVs at AFRIDEX: STM’s first stop will be AFRIDEX 2026, taking place in Lagos, Nigeria, from October 26–29. At the exhibition, STM will showcase the Auxiliary Oiler Replenisher and Logistics Ship (AOR+) currently under construction for the Portuguese Navy, alongside the İ-Class Frigate and STM MPAC Fast Attack Craft. In unmanned aerial systems, STM will present KARGU, its combat-proven rotary-wing loitering munition system exported to more than 15 countries across four continents; TURUL, a Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) UAV designed for reconnaissance and surveillance missions; KUZGUN, a long-range loitering munition system; and TOGAN integrated with KERKES technology, enabling navigation and mission execution in GNSS-denied environments.

Proven Naval Engineering and Autonomous Maritime Systems at EURONAVAL: STM will participate in EURONAVAL 2026, taking place in Paris, France, from November 3–6, highlighting its naval engineering expertise and expanding portfolio of manned and unmanned maritime platforms. The company will showcase the Auxiliary Oiler Replenisher and Logistics Ship (AOR+) being built for the Portuguese Navy under Türkiye’s first military ship export project to an EU and NATO member state. STM will also present the İ-Class Frigate, STM MPAC Fast Attack Craft and STM500 shallow-water submarine. In autonomous maritime systems, STM will showcase STM NETA, its Unmanned Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (UUV), and STM YAKTU, a swarm-capable Kamikaze Unmanned Surface Vehicle (KUSV). These platforms highlight STM’s expanding capabilities in autonomous navigation, underwater technologies and next-generation maritime operations.

Unmanned Aerial Systems for the Asia-Pacific Market: STM will showcase its tactical UAV portfolio at DronTech Asia 2026, taking place in Bangkok, Thailand, from November 11–13. The company’s display will feature KARGU, its combat-proven rotary-wing loitering munition system; TOGAN, a tactical intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance UAV; BOYGA, an ammunition-dropping UAV system; and KUZGUN, a long-range loitering munition system. Through its diverse unmanned systems portfolio, STM aims to strengthen its engagement with defence industry stakeholders and explore new cooperation opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.

Advanced Command-and-Control Technologies at NATO EDGE: STM will participate in NATO EDGE 2026, taking place in İzmir, Türkiye, from November 17–19, highlighting its expertise in command-and-control systems, mission-critical software and advanced defence technologies. At the exhibition, STM will highlight NATO INTEL-FS2, a major project through which STM is undertaking the technological transformation of NATO’s intelligence infrastructure, alongside INTCORE, its command-and-control solution. STM will also showcase the İ-Class Frigate, the Pakistan Navy Fleet Tanker (PNFT), STM NETA Unmanned Autonomous Underwater Vehicle and STM YAKTU swarm-capable Kamikaze Unmanned Surface Vehicle. Its tactical UAV display will feature TUNGA-X, a high-speed interceptor drone designed to neutralise hostile UAV threats; TOGAN Mini, developed for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions; and KUZGUN, a long-range loitering munition system.
