FN Browning Group and Accuracy International announce a strategic acquisition agreement for the precision bolt-action rifle systems specialist.

Press Release, Portsmouth & Liège, 28 May 2026: FN Browning Group and Accuracy International have entered into a strategic acquisition agreement under which the Group will acquire the global specialist in precision bolt-action rifle systems.
This strategic combination brings together two highly complementary players and further strengthens FN Browning Group’s leading position across both its Defence & Security and its Hunting & Sports Shooting divisions, while making a significant contribution to the United Kingdom’s sovereign industrial capabilities in small arms.
