When recently the sun came out I had the opportunity to try the latest offerings from Sprayway ~ the Compass Shorts and Mirror T-shirt, writes Mike Gormley.

The Mirror T-shirt is light and easy wearing well-suited, as I have found, for those warm days when out and doing interesting things. Made from recycled polyester drirelease Lyocell (88% recycled Polyester and 12% Lyocell ) it is a quick-drying material that feels good to wear.
To help you ‘stay friends with friends’ this shirt is treated with HeiQ Fresh odour neutralising technology, which appears to work. Mine is in Balsam Green and there are two other colours to choose from, in six sizes from XS to XXL.
I really like the Compass Shorts, which are also are easy wearing and perfect for all sorts of use when active. Made from TecWEAVE Stretch 135 material, these are really comfortable when on the move. I have used these out on the water where the water repellent finish helps to protect a bit.
These sorts have three zipped pockets, which are essential for shorts when generally there are limited places to put things. My only slightly adverse comment with these is they only have the one lower side/ leg pocket, whereas two would be perfect. Mine are in Asphalt and there are two other colours to pick from in seven sizes from 28” to 40”.
