Team Grenadier’s bid for the UK MoD LMV (Light Mobility Vehicle) Programme is strengthened by addition of world-class in-service support capability.

Press Release, London, 07 September 2026: [embargoed until 00:01] Hobson Industries and TVS Supply Chain Solutions are the latest companies to join Team Grenadier, a UK-anchored industrial consortium dedicated to delivering a range of vehicles ideal for deployment by the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD), based on the INEOS Grenadier platform. The new partners join INEOS Automotive, SMT Defence and NMS UK in the consortium.
The new consortium members underpin Team Grenadier’s commitment to providing exceptional in-service support to the British Military, ensuring vehicles remain mission-ready throughout their operational life.
Hobson Industries is a specialist in worldwide vehicle reconditioning and fleet renovation and end-of-life vehicle support, with 40 years of experience as a first-tier supplier for defence programmes, including for the Ministry of Defence. TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) brings decades of experience in parts management and global supply chain management, including for a wide range of defence organisations.
Team Grenadier delivers on the core requirements of the MoD’s Light Mobility Vehicle (LMV) programme, combining a world-leading 4×4 vehicle platform with deep-rooted special operations and systems integration expertise. The consortium is backed by proven UK-based industrial capability that can deliver operational effectiveness, supply-chain resilience and assured service-life support.
Team Grenadier is demonstrating a selection of its militarised vehicles at DVD2026 at UTAC Millbrook in Bedfordshire from 16 – 17 September 2026. It will present the Enhanced Protection Vehicle (EPV) Grenadier on the NMS stand and the General-Purpose Vehicle (GPV) Grenadier and Multi-Role Light Vehicle (MRLV) on the Hobsons stand.

The Grenadier MRLV is one of nine modular LMV applications, each based on the strong, robust platform – centred on its steel ladder frame, solid beam axles and world-class powertrain – that underpins the award-winning series production Grenadier. As well as over 36,000 retail customers around the world, the vehicle is already proven in demanding operational environments by emergency services and border force operations across Europe, most recently with significant vehicle contracts for military organisations, including the Italian Military. The Grenadier offers exceptional cross-country mobility, outstanding durability and straightforward maintenance, making it ideally suited to long-term military service.
Visitors to DVD 2026 will have the opportunity to experience passenger rides in the GPV Grenadier in the Dynamic Area.

Joint-Forces Editor’s Footnote: The armoured EPV or Enhanced Protection Vehicle was unveiled, under embargo, at the NMS UK facility in the West Midlands last Wednesday and I seized the opportunity to take walk-round photos and in due course, when specification details are not quite so sensitive, I hope to revisit this interesting vehicle. At the time we were able to take a close look inside and I was very impressed with what I saw, but for the moment the manufacturer quite naturally prefers that internal images are not circulated. Over the last couple of weeks I have also photographed the All Terrain Vehicle Solutions ULLB demonstrator, which might form the basis for the LMV MSV or Mission Systems Vehicle variant and I have also included a few photos of that one as well for those readers who might be interested. No doubt I’ll return to the Team Grenadier topic after MSPO 2026 and DVD 2026 are out the way. Bob
