Press Release, Abu Dhabi, 18 February 2025: MARSS, a global leader in AI-enhanced security and surveillance solutions, and BlueHalo, the company transforming the future of global defence through industry-leading counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) and defence technologies, have affirmed a strategic partnership to advance integrated C-UAS solutions.

Following years of mutual collaboration, MARSS and BlueHalo have strengthened this partnership with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) – a formal commitment to continued collaboration and knowledge sharing to advance C-UAS and airspace command and control technologies, including the integration of BlueHalo’s Titan C-UAS RF detection technologies into MARSS’ NiDAR ecosystem. The MOU enhances knowledge sharing across both organisations to dramatically accelerate the rate of innovation and rapidly deliver solutions to meet our customer’s most critical missions.

MARSS and BlueHalo have successfully partnered on numerous projects and demonstrations across the Middle East and USA for both land and maritime services. By leveraging complementary strengths, MARSS and BlueHalo are delivering solutions that guarantee real-time situational awareness and enhanced threat detection capabilities along with reduced cognitive burden on operators.

Advanced Technology Integration: BlueHalo’s Titan C-UAS RF systems are fully integrated into MARSS’ NiDAR platform, providing advanced threat detection and understanding to operators. This fusion enhances NiDAR’s automated threat detection, tracking and classification with a holistic view of the operational environment. By combining BlueHalo’s industry-leading RF detection with the AI-enhanced NiDAR Command and Control (C2/C4) systems, operators are equipped with the most accurate threat intelligence at the greatest possible speed.

“Our partnership with BlueHalo sees the complete integration of its most advanced RF C-UAS technologies, with MARSS’ NiDAR platform, to form a solution that is greater than the sum of its parts,” said Josh Harman, Senior Vice President of Business Development at MARSS. “MARSS and BlueHalo’s collective drive and taking the lessons learned from pushing the current boundaries around sensor and command and control have rapidly supercharged the rate of technological advancement within the C-UAS space.”

Through a shared commitment to meeting tomorrow’s challenges, MARSS and BlueHalo are ensuring that end users benefit from systems that evolve with emerging threats. With deployed experience and lessons learned daily on today’s frontlines, both MARSS and BlueHalo’s solutions leverage machine learning and real-world knowledge to regularly update and enhance capabilities.

“The collaboration between BlueHalo and MARSS represents the future of integrated defence technology,” said Larry Satterfield, Vice President of International Sales at BlueHalo. “By working together, we’re delivering highly automated, future-proofed solutions that enable our customers to respond to unmanned threats with unprecedented efficiency and accuracy.”

With a growing global need for reliable C-UAS and integrated defence solutions, the partnership between MARSS and BlueHalo is poised to deliver the next generation of C4ISR capabilities, ensuring nations remain ahead of emerging threats.
