RENK Group and Iveco Defence Vehicles Sign Cooperation Agreement

RENK Group and Iveco Defence Vehicles sign a cooperation agreement on military propulsion systems for tracked vehicles.

Press Release, Bolzano, 02 August 2024: RENK Group AG, a leading supplier of military and civilian propulsion solutions and IDV, a company of Iveco Group N.V. specialised in defence and civil protection vehicles, have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at evaluating the potential of RENK and IDV drive technologies for future combat platforms.

This cooperation agreement is an important step enabling both parties to actively contribute to accelerating the tracked vehicle programmes for their customers. It also addresses the need to strengthen the European supply chain and increase production capacity.

The aim of the agreement is to share the know-how and experience of both parties in the development and manufacturing of powertrain solutions, technologies and equipment.
