Press Release, Plovdiv, 09 October 2023: The Organising Committee of the 16th edition of the International Defence Products and Services Exhibition, HEMUS 2024, is pleased to announce to all interested parties that the Exhibition enjoys significant interest in the country and abroad.
Today, we are happy to inform you that so far for participation in HEMUS 2024 have already registered exhibitors from significant number of countries while many other companies have declared their firm intention to participate with individual or national stands, thereby increasing the number of participating countries. The Terms and Conditions for Participation have not been changed. We manage to keep the prices for participation in the Exhibition very reasonable, despite the tense political environment and economic challenges around the world. Traditionally, participation of start-up companies in HEMUS 2024 is also envisaged.
The Domains of the Exhibition are broad enough to allow the participation of a wide range of companies relevant to national security. Our exhibitors should keep in mind that since we proceed our customers’ applications on the first come first served basis, the most attractive positions in and outdoors are sold and occupied very fast.
HEMUS 2024 received invaluable support from our Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors, respectively Sage Consultants Co, Apolo Engineering and MTG Dolphin. The number of Gold and Silver Packages are unlimited and they are still available. There are varieties of other product positioning, advertising and promotion opportunities for the main and accompanying events that you can take advantage of, even if you are not an exhibitor.
The preparation of the traditional supporting events of the Exhibition, such as Live Firings, International Scientific Conference, Industrial Forum, Demonstrations and Static Display is progressing very fast as well.
Last but not least, we would like to remind you that couple of discounts for participation are envisaged, such as: early registration until 22nd of December 2023; renting an outdoor exhibition area under the conditions described in the General Terms for Participation etc. The early registration and filling out the necessary forms are important also for starting the procedures for obtaining import/export licenses in time, which is obligation of the exhibitors.
