Operation GOLDEN ORB ~ The UK armed forces are marking the Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla.

News Release, Whitehall, 06 May 2023: [extract] The UK Armed Forces will make a major contribution to the historic Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla through processions, a flypast and gun salutes. The largest military ceremonial operation for 70 years will see around 7,000 personnel participate in ceremonial activities.
