Press Release, Munich, 15 April 2025: Rohde & Schwarz recently introduced RAMON IQzoom, an innovative post-processing platform designed to achieve spectrum dominance across multi-domain operations.

It enables military intelligence services to detect and analyse signals transmitted in the past, i.e. post-processing with this software lets operators ‘go back in time’ to examine what they might have missed between the early phase of collection and the completion of intelligence production. This ensures that even the smallest details will not be missed and the correlation between past events provides more insights.

In the era of multi-domain operations, where the boundaries between land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace are increasingly blurred, RAMON IQzoom empowers military forces to assert comprehensive control over the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS). This new platform integrates seamlessly with existing architectures, enabling the synchronisation of EMS operations (EMSO) across all domains.

“RAMON IQzoom represents the next step in achieving true spectrum dominance, pivotal for success in multi-domain operations,” explains Thomas Bohne, Vice President SIGINT / EW, Rohde & Schwarz. “The solution significantly enhances situational awareness, particularly in detecting covert signals, by enabling analysts to retrospectively review and analyse radio signals from up to several days prior, filling gaps, providing context, and deepening insights. We’re thrilled to support our military partners in asserting unparalleled control over the electromagnetic spectrum.”
