New Oshkosh ROGUE-Fires Carriers Award

Oshkosh Defense has been awarded a $70 million hybrid delivery order for the procurement of ROGUE Fires carriers for the US NMESIS.

US DoW Contract Notice, Arlington VA, 29 May 2026: Oshkosh Defense LLC, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is awarded a $70,623,709 hybrid firm-fixed-price, cost plus fixed fee delivery order for the procurement of Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary Fires (ROGUE-Fires) carriers for use in the Navy/Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS).

Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wisconsin (70%); Alexandria, Virginia (12.5%); Gaithersburg, Maryland (12.5%); and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (5%). Work is expected to be completed in September 2028. Fiscal 2025 procurement (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $4,834,006 will be obligated at the time of the award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Fiscal 2026 procurement (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $2,856,243 will be obligated at the time of the award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Fiscal 2026 procurement (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $61,311,874 will be obligated at the time of the award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This action is a sole source delivery order in accordance with 10 U.S. Code § 3403(c). Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
