Media Release, Concord NC, 14 August 2025: GM Defense started delivering ISV Utility vehicles to the UK and are working seamlessly with trusted UK teammate NP Aerospace, who is prepping vehicles to meet UK operations standards.
Built on GM’s industry-leading mid-size Chevy truck architecture, the ISV Utility shares the platform and attributes of our flagship Infantry Squad Vehicle, with the addition of a cargo bed that can accommodate mission kit, supplies, etc. Our solutions include a high percentage of commercial parts and offer commonality across variants so that our customers can move and maintain solutions quickly and easily. We’re ready to support NATO and allied operations—anytime, anywhere.

The first set of ISV Utility vehicles have safely touched down in the UK—marking a major milestone in our commitment to support NATO and allied operations around the globe.
From initial request to delivery in just 30 days, GM Defense moved quickly to get these vehicles into the hands of our teammates at NP Aerospace. Their expert team will now take it from here, modifying and integrating advanced technology to ensure each vehicle meets UK operational standards and programme requirements. This milestone reflects our continued focus on agility, collaboration, and delivering value to our teammates. We’re proud to deliver technologies that will enhance the capabilities of allied nations.
